Founded in 1967, the association runs a Winter League on a home and away basis, commencing in September and running through to the end of March, and a Summer League from May through to July. This is organised on a pool basis with one match, on either a home or away basis, against all other teams in that pool. Because the summer is more relaxed, this runs on a "pick and mix" basis, whereby all players pick their positions randomly at the start of the game, and then again at half time.
