WINTER LEAGUE 2025/26 ENTRIES ARE NOW CLOSED
Entries for the BDNA Winter League 2025-26 are open... The Winter League will run from mid September 2025 to mid March 2026. Entry forms must be submitted by Saturday 31st May 2025.
ENTRY FORMS
There are two ways to submit your entry for the BDNA Winter League 2025-26:
Online entry form
Please note that the email address you use will receive an automatic confirmation detailing the information you have submitted. Please ensure you check you have received this confirmation email and that the information you submitted is correct (please check your junk/spam folder if it does not arrive in your inbox.)
We will also be accepting emailed forms (a PDF document is available in the Downloads section of this website). If you have any queries please contact Barbara Crouchman at FixturesBDNA@gmail.com.
PLEASE DO NOT POST HARD COPY ENTRIES.
As advised at the 2025 AGM, we will no longer be accepting hard copy (postal) entry forms.
ENTRY DEADLINE
With both of the above methods, please ensure your entry is submitted by Saturday 31st May 2025 at the very latest.
The entry fee of £45, which includes initial registrations is also due by Saturday 31st May 2025.
An entry will only be considered complete when an entry form has been submitted AND payment has been made by the above deadline.
WINTER LEAGUE ASSESSMENT
PLEASE NOTE: if you are a new team or your team did NOT participate in the 2024/25 Winter League, your team will need to be assessed for Winter League 2025-26.
The assessment date for Winter League 2025-26 is provisionally planned for MONDAY 16TH JUNE 2025 and your team must be available to play on this date in order to be accepted into the Winter League 2025-26.

Please quote your team’s name and code WLE (Winter League Entry).
Please submit only one team per entry form.
The BDNA reserves the right to refuse entry to the League to any application received after the closing date.
